To make life easier we do not seek to make any profit from shipping your goods and some items ship FREE of charge.
We will only use reputable courier companies – our primary being TNT or for smaller items the Royal Mail. All items are well packed to ensure they arrive safe and sound.

Some of our products are quite large, so we try to absorb the cost of delivery to you where we can. In order to make things as simple as possible we have put together clear shipping prices as follows:

Prices reflect delivery to mainland UK and on a 1-3 day service.

Orders up to £20.00 - £5.00 delivery

Orders from £20.01 - £299.99 - £10.00 delivery

Orders over £300.00 – FREE delivery

Please note that shipping rates are calculated on pre-discount or promotional prices.

What is your order process?

Once your order is confirmed we aim to dispatch your product within 24 hours Monday to Friday. An email will be sent confirming a tracking code.

Standard delivery is on a 1-3 day service.   

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9:00am to 5:30pm. A signature is required on receipt.

Should you not be available the courier will leave a contact card and a re-delivery will be attempted on the next working day.

Please ensure that you order in plenty of time as we cannot guarantee delivery times on this service, though the success rate is currently very high.

 Why is your shipping more expensive the more I spend?

As our items are large we are charged on the volumetric weight being sent – the more we send the higher the price. This system accounts for the size of the items within your order based on volume.

Can my item be tracked?

Yes – we will send you a tracking reference along with an email confirming your goods have been dispatched.

I am in a hurry and can’t wait that long!

If you are in a hurry please contact us before you place your order at we will send you a bespoke price and details for a rush service.

What if my items are damaged?

Please send us details of the damage and we will look after you. For more info see our terms and conditions.

What if my items delivered are incorrect?

In this instance we will re-send you the correct order immediately and pay the cost of return goods. For more info see our terms and conditions.

I am a customer from abroad – will you deliver to me?

This is something we are working on. In the meantime please contact us with your delivery details and we will prepare a bespoke price for you. Please note that, in almost all cases, you will be liable to pay your local taxes set by your country of delivery. This cost will be delivered to you by the delivery courier.
