When I go to check out why can’t I see the shipping costs?

Do not worry - the shipping prices will be exactly as described on the delivery page.

Please proceed from your basket and onto the payment page. Once you have completed the payment details you will be taken back to our site and the additional shipping cost will be displayed. Please do not close the window until you have completed this last step or your purchase will not be completed.

There are no hidden payment fees – the total cost is the product and delivery.

Is everything made in the UK?

As a priority we try to manufacture every item in the UK. On occasion we will purchase beyond. If it’s not made here then we will let you know in the detail.

Do you manufacture everything yourself?

Scene-Setter has a focus on product design and development. We manufacture and design product exclusively for our website or market places. We manufacture our products out of high quality corrugated cardboard. The printed side has a silky finish and the reverse is unprinted matt white.

 

Do you offer bespoke?

We can offer bespoke services for event and corporate clients.

What is your ordering Policy?

In the event of us not having your chosen product in stock you will not be able to purchase it on back-order. Please contact us with the products you are interested in and will inform you as soon as stock arrives.

How are payments taken?

Credit/Debit Card orders are processed securely by Paypal on their secure servers, Scene-Setter does not handle any credit card data for orders placed online. For orders over £350.00 we can accept direct BACS payments on preferential terms – please contact us for details.

How big are your items?

Please note that pictures may not be to scale; always check dimensions. Colours are reproduced as accurately as possible, however, as with all photography; there may be some slight variation.

What is your Delivery Policy?

We aim to process orders within 24 hours of receiving your order (Mon-Fri). We use a courier service to deliver product. We do not add any extra charge for packing. Courier charges will be confirmed at checkout and all details need to be signed for.

Do you ship internationally?

We will always endeavor to help – please email us with your desired order/delivery location and we will prepare a bespoke price for you. Please note that you will be liable for any duties or local taxes required by the country of delivery.

What is your Returns Policy?

We hope you are happy with your purchases from Scene-Setter but if not, we can offer a refund on any item as long as it is returned in a saleable condition (not 'popped' out of excess card surrounding the item). Please contact us for more information. Do note, however, that we are unable to reimburse courier costs.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, incorrect or faulty item, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will resolve the issue for you.

Can I use your pictures?

All images, text, design and graphics on this website are owned by Scene-Setter. We welcome people sharing our images, but please ensure a correct credit and a link to this site.
